Terms & Conditions

A deposit is required to secure your date. A %50 deposit is required upon booking your selected date which in return a receipt for the deposit will be issued along with a full contract to be signed within 5 business days . Deposits can be transferred to a different date if that date is not previously booked. Deposits are non-refundable due to loss of gainful employment for that specific date as most events are booked between an 8-12 month range. In cancelling an event after that date range, it extremely reduces the chance of an additional booking for that date. If extenuating circumstances do arise it is at the discretion of the company to make judgment on refunds and to best accommodate you to our abilities.

1 Meet & Greet with the customer within a 50 km range of Pembroke, On ( Larger distances accommodations can be made) This does not include meeting for payment or booking. The Meet & Greet is to come together before your event to go over any final details and preparation.

Attentive email and messaging in the organization of your event related to Sound & Lighting or Dj service

Any additional needs we will be happy to accommodate to the best of our abilities with fair and reasonable prices. No power? We can provide a generator. Singers and musicians? We can provide the mixer to accommodate! What ever the need we are here to serve you best!
